Albert Haynesworth visited a chiropractor in Atlanta yesterday to work on his injured hamstring. Here is Haynesworth talking about the experience:
"It was funny," he said. "His partner is probably 6-2, 6-3, 260. They were yanking on my leg, and were like 'Gosh.' They had a lot of trouble, but they both did it and it worked. It was a two-person job, but I don't think I got charged double."
Hopefully that guy is a miracle worker, and Haynesworth will be full speed for the rest of the season.
In addition to Haynesworth, here is a list of guys that missed practice yesterday:
linebacker Keith Bulluck (knee), linebacker David Thornton (knee), running back LenDale White (knee), guard Benji Olson (thigh), linebacker Gilbert Gardner (calf), Mawae (calf) and Haynesworth (hamstring). Nickel back Vincent Fuller (shoulder) was limited.
The good news is that Fisher said most of those guys should practice today.
The Cleveland Browns @ Cincinnati Bengals game will be televised locally on channel 5. WTVF-5 didn't originally have the rights to the game but requested them from CBS. It will be interesting to see what kind of ratings that game gets in Nashville. Be sure and stop by Cincy Jungle to show your support for the Bengals this weekend.
Chris Henry has returned from his 4 week suspension and was on the practice field yesterday.
"It's tough,'' he said. "It is a learning experience and being away from it humbles you and you become even more grateful in a sense.''
I don't think he will make the same mistake again.
