Chris Henry has decided to appeal his suspension for now.  If Chris Brown is ready to go this Sunday, Henry could drop his appeal.  That would allow Henry to be back for the Chargers game in week 14.

The Titans locked up reserve guard/center Eugene Amano through 2009.  This continues Mike Reinfeldt's plan to build the depth of the roster.  It is also possible that Amano could be in line for a starting job in the near future with Benji Olsen and Kevin Mawae getting up there in years, although both are playing very well.

Jeff Fisher still has faith in Ben Troupe.

"Ben Troupe has had two opportunities in the last two weeks, and he hasn't made the catch. I'm not concerned about it,'' Fisher said. "Ben has made a lot of plays for us in the past, and we're going to keep him in our plans.''
I know a lot of you still think he can be a game breaking type tight end.  I just don't any more.  He has had plenty of chances to prove himself, and he just hasn't ever consistently performed.  He seems like a good guy, and I hope he proves me wrong.

The Titans, after saying it wasn't going to happen last week, are bringing Mike Williams in for a visit.  A lot of people think Norm Chow could get something out of him because he was his offensive coordinator at USC.  They might be familiar with each other, but in the words of Bob Costas "remember this", Lane Kiffin, the Oakland Raiders head coach, was also on that staff at USC.  He just cut Williams.  Jim Wyatt mentions Williams could play tight end for the Titans.  He would present some match-up problems, but that would be a long term project.

Here is an interesting nugget; The Titans have not allowed a TD after any of their 19 turnovers this season.  That is just one more stat that proves how dominant this defense is.

The only injuries from Sunday's game are to Albert Haynesworth (hamstring) and Travis LaBoy (concussion).  Haynesworth will probably be limited in practice this week but is expected to play.  LaBoy will be evaluated more as the week goes along.
