The Titans have agreed to terms with former Detroit Lions and Oakland Raiders receiver Mike Williams. He will wear #18 with the Titans. He is not expected to be active against the Bengals on Sunday.
As I said before, they might as well give him a look. I don't expect him to do much, but if he does it will be a bonus.
the Titans also signed Chris Barclay, a return man from the Cleveland Browns practice squad. He will wear #28.
