Ken Amato tore his ACL yesterday and will miss the rest of the season. The Titans will probably now look for a long snapper. Kevin Mawae, the center and protection switcher of the dominant Titans offensive line (there DannoE), filled in for Amato yesterday on the Titans' final punt. It is unlikely that the Titans want to continue to use Mawae in this capacity because of how valuable he is to the offense. The Tennessean article says that LeVarr Woods and Ryan Fowler could be candidates for the job. I guess they have been long snappers before in their careers.
