The Titans have asked for permission to talk to Jaguars Director of Pro Personnel Charles Bailey about the open GM position according to The Tennessean's Jim Wyatt.
Bailey has been with the Jags since 2003 and was with the Saints and Steelers before that. Bailey is the first candidate to be contacted but I assume he will be the first of many.
