VY is once again up for rookie of the week.  Click here to vote for him.

Now we take a tour of the weekly power rankings.  We start this week with the computer rankings which has the Titans ranked #6.  Yes you read that correctly, 6.  Basically that means if the Titans win on Sunday they will be in the top 5.  It is pretty crazy to think the Titans could be a top 5 team in this ranking and not make the playoffs, but we don't think like that here.  Only positive thoughts at MCM.

Here is their top 5:

  1.  San Diego
  2.  Baltimore
  3.  Chicago
  4.  New England
  5.  Indy
How Indy can be left in anyone's top 5 is beyond me.  They can't stop the run any.

Next we look at ESPN.  The Titans moved up to #11 from #13 last week.  ESPN really looks at a lot more than records for their rankings, wait no, no they don't.  Their is only 1 team on the whole list that has a worse record than the team behind them.  (Baltimore at 12-3 is ahead of Chicago 13-2)

Here is their top 5:

  1.  San Diego
  2.  Baltimore
  3.  Chicago
  4.  New Orleans
  5.  New England
I do love a top 5 without the Colts.

Moving right along to CBS Sportsline.  The Titans moved up to #14 from #17 last week.

Here is their top 5:

  1.  San Diego
  2.  Baltimore
  3.  Chicago
  4.  Indy
  5.  New England
The line of the week is their blurb about the Colts:
With that run defense, they don't stand a chance of winning a Super Bowl. But maybe it can be fixed. They made Ron Dayne look like the Wisconsin Ron Dayne.
So why are they a top 5 team again?

Finally we look at FOX Sports.  The Titans got no movement this week staying at #9.  Boo Fox Sports.  You are no longer my favorite.

Their top 5:

  1.  San Diego
  2.  Baltimore
  3.  Chicago
  4.  Indy
  5.  New England
The average spot from the 4 power rankings for the Titans is 10.  Pretty amazing for a team that started 0-5
