Adam Jones Speaks to the media (not the Nashville media of course):
"I really saw one man I had to beat and I just made a good play, that's all I can tell you, man."
Fisher on Jones's return:
"He didn't have much to go on," Fisher said. "It was a well-placed punt with good hang time. He made it happen, and that's what he does."
Colby Buckwoldt on the questionable block during the return TD:
"Anytime they have a block in the open field and it's the last block on a key punt return that seals the win basically, there is going to be some controversy about it," Bockwoldt said. "... He knows how this game works. ... I would call it maybe a flop, like in basketball."
Stephen Tulloch on his 1st quarter INT:
"My responsibility really was to be up on the run, but when I saw L.J. sneak out, I went back and he just threw it to me and I picked it," Tulloch said. "Anytime you can hold a team in goal-line, it's big, and we just went from there."
Chris Hope on Fisher's decision to challenge the early TD:
"Coach taking the chance to challenge the play was even bigger," Hope said. "It was a heads up play, because if they score that touchdown, you don't know how it's going to turn out."
Robaire Smith on the same subject:
"Any other coach would have been, `Well, it's on the half yard line,' but Fisher had faith that we were going to get a stop and we made the play."
Vanden Bosch on the hit that ended McNabb's season:
"If he goes to the sidelines and runs out, I don't hit him. He reared up like he was going to throw it, and I was just trying to get a hand up in his face," said Vanden Bosch.
Bo Scaife on what he said to VY when he was late for the team plane:
"I was talking to him on the phone and I was like, 'We're leaving, man.'"
VY on being late:
"I feel like I let my guys down for being late.''
Haynesworth on the warm welcome he received from the Philly fans:
"The fans are brutal up here. They were saying everything,'' Haynesworth said. "I think one of them said, 'Would you stomp on your mom?' It was something like that. But it didn't bother me at all. I guess some people are going to feel that way. I heard they talk a lot of trash here anyway.''
Fisher on Haynesworth's return:
"It looked like he was effective inside,'' Fisher said. "We'll have to look at the tape and see. I would have reason to assume that he was a little bit rusty, but I know he was involved in a lot of plays.''
