Along with Fiammetta earlier in the day, rookie RB Mike Goodson has signed with the Panthers. No details on the money, but probably about the numbers I guessed earlier for Fiammetta, with maybe $25K or so more in bonus money. To make room for these two signings, LS/DT Patrick MacDonald and DT Babatunde Oshinowo were waived. Perhaps they think they're better at DT than we do.

Rookie FB Tony Fiammetta has signed with the Panthers to a four-year deal. Details will be forthcoming, but you can guess it will probably be in the neighborhood of about $1.75 million with a signing bonus around $450K based on those signed around him.

Does this mean the clock is finally ticking on Jacoby Jones' time in Houston? McCain seems to have the skill set to be able to step into the return game fairly quickly, doesn't he?

He signed sixteen year old 79 inch pitcher Michel Inoa, of the Dominican Republic, for $4.25 million dollars. I guess Mr.Bean thinks the kid will grow a couple of inches and make this deal look like a bargain. But I think he should have paid by the pound instead. Which would be at $20,238.10 per, at the time of Michel's signing.
