Discussion point: Does this say anything about the organization's view of Vince Young?
Looks to be a signing strictly for depth purposes.

Personally, I'd rather they see what Samari has left in the tank considering anyone we sign that couldn't unseat Harper is 4th or 5th on the depth chart at best. Vinny Fuller is a lock for the nickle back spot.
I would assume Jones will be used primarily as a returner. He only had 2 catches last season.

He seems to have the personality/rap sheet to be a perfect fit in Cincinnati.
