Aqib Talib Off the Board
With the 21st pick the Washington Redskins select Aqib Talib, cornerback, Kansas. Talib probably would have been my pick if he was still there because the Titans are going to need a corner in the next year or two. I am surprised he was on the board this long. It is going to be a tough call to make when our pick comes up.
I know BBB loves Devin Thomas, but can he come in and help the Titans next season? I am not sure about that. If the pick is going to be someone that isn't going to step in and help immediately, I think we are better off going with the best available player.

James Hardy
I'm not seeing a lot of real D-Line talent I trust at this point (D-linemen with questionable motors are disastrous late in the 1st IMO)
One extra benefit to taking Otah (provided that he can play guard at the same level), would be that it gives us a security blanket if either Roos or Stewart enters FA next year. If not, then we should have one of the best O-Lines in the league for years to come!

The Cowboys just picked a CB
Especially not in round 1.
This is the problem with "best available player" drafting; what in the hell would we do with Joe Flacco?
