The Buccaneers need a receiver almost as much as the Titans do.  They have Joey Galloway, but he isn't getting any younger.  They need a guy opposite of him so that teams cannot just double him up every play.  Sweed could have the most upside of any receiver in this draft.  He has the size and speed to be a great receiver in this league.  The only question with him is the wrist, but that shouldn't hamper him by the time the season starts.
