Chris Williams, OT, Vanderbilt

By picking Chris Williams at this spot the Bears are able to begin to address some of their problems with the QB.  He is quick and agile with good feet.  He has played both guard and tackle which will give the bears some options.  Rex Grossman needs good protection around him and Chris Williams does a good job at pass protection.

With development he will be a building block in the O Line for the bears for several years.  The Bears can now look for a QB in the later rounds to replace Grossman if he does not have a good year.
