Albert Haynesworth and Rob Bironas were both named to the first team on the AP All-Pro team today. This is the first time the Titans have been represented by 2 players on the AP All-Pro team since 2000. View the full first and second teams here.

I know there is ...

a lot of apprehension on signing Big Al to a huge long term contract. But IMHO, he deserves it. He has proven that he is the best DT in the league and the best Titan this year. We must be optimistic that he will continue to perform well even after the signing.

One thing we need though is a quality backup DT so we can rest him a bit more during games and lessen the chances of injury.
