Roydell Williams Out for the Season
As Zack mentioned here and the Tennessean confirmed here, Roydell Williams will miss the remainder of the season with a broken ankle. The injury occured in yesterday's practice. This is not good news.
This probably means we will see Mike Williams active on Sunday. We also might see Chris Davis a little more involved in the offense. He is a fast, shifty receiver who, if he can hold on to the ball, could make some big plays in the passing game.
I wasn't alive in 1979, but this game seems to be looking eerily similar to the playoffs from that season. Read the story. It will help restore some of your hope.

time to prove themselves
No kidding!
Guys like Ealy, Moulds, Williams, and Troupe ought to be praying to the God of Thunder for their chance to keep their jobs (granted, I doubt Ealy's going anywhere).
BTW, they're STILL calling for 4-6" of rain over the weekend in SD, so as long as LenDale White can go, we should be good.
Go read FRIDAY MAD SCIENCE at www.paperbackreader.com
Thanks!
Yeah but......
I know LW can pound it between the tackles, but I'm not sure if we have a short yardage man to go to especially with Bo out.

That was a nice story
Troupe is more than capeable!
This is the same TE that caught 50 plus passes in 2005 and had over 500 yds! He has been over looked because VY is more comfortable and more fimaliar with Scaife. Troupe will NOT help us as a blocker which is another reason Scaife gets the nod. Make no mistake Troupe is capeable of helping this team get the W. IMO he should be a TITAN angain next year.
There's more to playing TE than running fast...
I loved him coming out of Forida, and he showed signs of greatness early on. The past year and a half, however, he's been terrible and lucky to still be on this team.
But, if he balls-out in a major way Sunday, you can bet all will be forgiven and he'll get another chance. If he doesn't, he's a dead-man walking in that clubhouse.
Keep
What is the WR's name who just explodes during the play offs? was it givens or patten? I think it was Patten, and he doesn't do much during the regular season, but when the playoffs come around he's was huge. Maybe that will hold true with Troupe, Davis or any number of other guys!
GO TITANS!
That game

My prediction is that Chris Henry comes out of nowhere to be the MVP of the game...or some other unsuspected player (kind of a vague prediction).
