Pats RB Jordan leaves game in San Francisco

San Francisco, CA (Sports Network) - New England Patriots running back LaMont Jordan left Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers in the second quarter with a left leg injury.
Jordan, who had five carries for 16 yards, was injured on a tackle by Aubrayo Franklin. He hobbled off the field and into the locker room, but came back to the sideline in street clothes during the second half.
