Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Clinton Portis gained 145 yards on 29 carries with a touchdown, and the surprising Washington Redskins came back to stun the Philadelphia Eagles, 23-17.

A week after upending the Cowboys 26-24 in Dallas, the Redskins (4-1) rallied from an early 14-0 deficit to defeat the Eagles (2-3) in Philadelphia.

Jason Campbell completed 16-of-29 passes for 176 yards for Washington, which has won four in a row since dropping its opener to the New York Giants. Chris Cooley had eight catches for 109 yards and a score, and Antwaan Randle El had a touchdown pass for Washington, which also dominated on defense despite missing starters Jason Taylor, Shawn Springs, and Marcus Washington.

Brian Westbrook returned to the lineup for the Eagles but managed only 33 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries. Donovan McNabb completed 17-of-29 passes for 196 yards for Philadelphia, which has dropped two straight. DeSean Jackson had a 68-yard punt return for a score for the Eagles, who are in last place in the NFC East.
