The Titans found a good one in Marcus Mariota. He looks ready to lead this team into the regular season, and lead this team for a long time. The Titans won their 2nd preseason game last night and there are definitely signs for optimism including Antonio Andrews and Sankey running well. DGB got some reps with the 1s last night too, which was a good sign.
Marcus only played 4 plays on Thursday night, but made the most of them, going 2 for 3 for 74 yards, including a 59 yard TD pass to Harry Douglas.
The highlight of the night was Angelo Blackson catching a Ryan Succop pass for an impromptu two point conversion that was eventually called back. Angelo later made a play that actually counted, as he sacked the Viking's QB to ice the game away.
I cannot wait til the Titans go to Tampa Bay next Sunday and take down Jameis and the Buccaneers. It is going to be glorious.
Michigan just lost, which is glorious. Hopefully TCU follows suit. They are currently winning 20-10, and Minnesota's QB is heinous.
