While we didn't get much news over the weekend, it does appear that the Tennessee Titans have been in contact with Brandon Graham the whole time, according to Jim Wyatt:
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>I've heard <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Titans?src=hash">#Titans</a> in on LB Brandon Graham from get-go. Per <a href="https://twitter.com/TheRealDGunnCSN">@TheRealDGunnCSN</a>, the <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Dolphins?src=hash">#Dolphins</a> and <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Giants?src=hash">#Giants</a> also in mix</p>— Jim Wyatt (@jwyattsports) <a href="https://twitter.com/jwyattsports/status/574960606329044992">March 9, 2015</a></blockquote>

There he references this tweet from Derrick Gunn:
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>According to sources Brandon Graham is leaning towards Dolphins and Titans but now the Giants may make him an offer he can't refuse.</p>— Derrick Gunn (@TheRealDGunnCSN) <a href="https://twitter.com/TheRealDGunnCSN/status/574956282270072832">March 9, 2015</a></blockquote>

If the reports on the numbers for Ndamukong Suh are right, I am not sure how they would be able to afford Graham- especially with the fact that they are going to have to pay Ryan Tannehill soon. It also seems like Graham is a better fit in a 3-4.
The Giants are the wild card here. They have some cap room, and it sounds like, at least according to Gunn, that they might be ready to throw a bunch of money at Graham.
The Titans have a lot of cap money. They are going to have to pay someone. They shouldn't give Graham stupid money, but they really cannot afford to be cheap here either. They need a lot of help off the edge.
Stay tuned.
