2014 NFL Mock Draft: The one that makes sense

Gary A. Vasquez-USA TODAY Sports

Dan Kadar has a new mock today, and he said he did what felt right in this one. I like that kind of mock.

Mock drafts are all crazy, but I really hate the ones that include trades.  That is why I was glad to see Dan Kadar do this week's mock based on what he thought felt right for each team.  That sounds like a pretty simple approach, but so many mocks are done just to generate headlines.

In that mock, Kadar has the Titans taking Anthony Barr, OLB, UCLA.  Here are his comments on the pick:

Tennessee is a sneaky team to take a quarterback in the first round of the draft. But if they don't, going defense makes sense. Although Barr is an inconsistent player, his potential as a pass-rusher is enormous.

Yep, makes sense.
