I think this is a move the titans should make.
Titans Trade: 1st round pick, seventh round pick
49ers trade: 1st round pick, 2 second rounders and 3 3rd rounders to select Texas A&M WR Mike Evans
Why this works for San Francisco: Mike Evans is a beast of a receiver. Who do you need to beat to win that division? Seattle, who is loaded with tall corners. You have to be able to win some jump balls. Evans is 6"4 with ridiculous hands. He can jump through the roof. This will be a big addition, because Anquan Boldin ins getting up there in age.
Why this works for Tennessee: We need picks. Picks. Picks.. Picks. Lots of them. Adding depth is a huge need for a shallow Titans team. Having double digit draft picks would help solidify all our needs.
What will we do with all these picks?
THIS
Round 1- Pick 30
Trent Murphy, OLB, Stanford
A very solid performer, Murphy has the ability to shine in the NFL because of his will and determination.
Round 2- Pick 42
Derek Carr, QB Fresno State
Don't judge me.
Round 2- Pick 56
Keith Mcgill, CB, Utah
Mcgill is a solid player to bolster a weaker group of corners.
Round 2- Pick 59
Tre Mason, RB , Auburn
Roll tide. (sobs)
Round 3- Pick 77
Shane Skov
Remember we traded this pick to the 49ers? Sweet redemption.
Round 3- Pick 94
Donte Moncreif, WR, Ole Miss
does he return kicks?
Round 3- Pick 100
Antonio "Tiny" Richardson
His stock fell big time, but he is a steal this late.
Round 4- Pick 112
Dri Archer, RB, Kent State
He is a weapon. A weapon.
Round 5- PIck 151
Max Bullough, ILB, Michigan State
I like Skov and Bullough inside.
Round 6- Pick 186
Crocket Gilmore, TE, Colorado State
We could save big by cutting Stevens and drafting the senior bowl standout.
So there you have it! I just cleared our teams 6 biggest needs: OLB, RB, CB, QB, ILB, Developmental OT. I like this. What about you?
