The Titans are a bad team...this dumpster fire is just getting started...2-14 here we come.

On July 15th in a fanpost titled "Does Anyone really believe" (right before the start of training camp), I said that our team is going nowhere, particularly with the lack of leadership in the front office, in the coaching staff, and among our players, and that the Titans will not win a Superbowl with Ken Whisenhunt at helm.

The results for the first five games of this season speak for themselves. You are what your record says you are, and our Titans are a bad team. The coaching staff is outmatched and doesn't have any idea how to put our players in a position to make plays and succeed on the field. Whisenhunt and Horton look lost out there along with most of our players.

For their part, most of our players are mediocre at best, so it is hard to blame them totally. Our free agent signings have been dogs**t. Andy Levitre, Wesley Woodyard, Dexter McCluster, and Shonn Greene, only to name a few, are all free agent busts. They have not performed particularly well considering the money being paid to them.

The Titans are on the verge of becoming a laughingstock. Nothing less then a total tear down of this team, starting from the front office on down, is going to make any difference.

If Ruston Webster and Ken Whisenhunt don't get pink slips at the end of this season, the despair will continue unabated.

As for all you Locker boosters, let me point out, that Locker, at best, is an average NFL QB. Since he can't stay healthy, we will never likely know what Locker's true potential really is, because, after this season, Locker will be playing elsewhere in the NFL, and most likely as a backup.

2-14 or 3-13 is the best record we can expect this year, and that is assuming we beat Jacksonville twice, which is unlikely, hence the 2-14 prediction.
