Looks like Kubiak to the Browns wasn't as forgone as many thought. According to fresh news off the wire from Ian Rapoport, the former Texans Head Coach wanted too much control of the team for the Browns to bring him in. In the wake of that failure, the Browns are now targeting the young offensive corrdinator for Tennessee, Dowell Loggains, who has also interviewed with the Giants this off-season.
Now this doesn't affect the Titans too much, but it is definitely interesting to see Loggains land interviews after a lackluster performance in Tennessee. While many blame Loggains for many of the offense's ineptitudes, he was but a part of a coaching staff that failed wholesale. The young coach has received a lot of praise from outside sources over the past few years, even being named one of the hottest young OC's in the NFL. While that may be a stretch, it looks like he has a good chance to prove it in the coming season if he can land one of these jobs.
