Let's be honest, Jake has been playing football specifically quarterback for a long time, if his accuracy hasn't improved by now it's not going to. This is his 3rd year in the NFL and he looks like the EXACT same erratic player he was at Washington, watch some Huskies games, I'm sure most of you haven't been watching Pac-10 (12) football very closely. You will see the same erratic, inaccurate player you see today for the Titans. He is maddeningly inconsistent from a throw to throw, drive to drive basis and your all kidding yourselves if you don't see this, he can look like Rodgers on one series and make great throws for a spurt, then look absolutely terrible and make"what was he even thinking" type throws the next. I've watched the Titans for 15 years and want them to succeed more than anything and am a UW Huskies fan as well and want Jake to excel but I can admit defeat; great guy, love the intangibles, love the scrambling ability and the strong arm but sometimes guys like that just don't have "it" , he is the same player he was in college and if he hasn't improved by now he isn't going to, you can't coach accuracy, you can't coach the "it" factor. With so many other QB's coming into the league and having immediate success (Luck, RG3, Andy Dalton, Tannehill, Kaepernick, Wilson, Manuel and more) year 3 in my opinion is too long to wait for Locker to fix his issues, hell even Christian Ponder has had more success and looked better at times then Jake. In my opinion the Titans should and will be in the mix for a new Quarterback next April and they should be, or they will continue to be what they always are. Mediocre. He might have some decent games here and there, some good with the painful to watch bad but he won't be the answer in Tennessee.
