Week 2 of the NFL season is in the books and fantasy players are likely combing the waiver wire looking for replacement players. We bring you the top 5 list of players who could be fantasy duds starting with the Titans resident genius Kenny Britt.
Kenny Britt Tennessee Titans Wide Receiver
5 receptions on 11 targets for 43 yards and 0 touchdowns
Britt isn't getting a ton of opportunities in 2013 as Kendall Wright and Nate Washington are becoming Jake Locker's go to guys. Furthermore, Britt isn't making the most of his limited opportunities and remains no greater than a WR5 right now. He isn't even worthy of a bench stash.
Mark Ingram New Orleans Saints Running Back
17 rushes for 31 yards and 0 touchdowns
This ship has sailed. If you own him it's time to move on. Fantasy players should avoid at all costs.
Andre Ellington Arizona Cardinals Running Back
4 carries, 20 yards and 0 touchdowns, 3 receptions for 55 yards and 1 touchdown
Ellington's value may be increasing as he has moved into the third down back role but he isn't worth a pickup right now except in deep PPR leagues. He is a possible bench stash however as you wait to see how his role shapes up.
Leonard Hankerson Washington Redskins Wide Receiver
8 receptions, 10 targets for 115 yards and 2 touchdowns
Hankerson is getting more playing time but is still splitting snaps pretty evenly with Josh Morgan. In Week 2, Morgan was targeted 6 times to Hankerson's 3. He is still a desperation fantasy option.
