Every year is unpredictable with this Titans front office. In fact, correctly predicting what the Titans will do with the final roster is as likely as selecting the winning Pick 3 in the Tennessee State Lottery. It's science... or it's made up. Who cares? It doesn't matter. What matters is that www.titansonline.com has it's "Unofficial" Depth Chart at 75 right now (well 76 technically, but Kevin Walter should be on the PUP) and it's time for the final cuts this weekend.
I have, what I believe to be, a chart with a nearly guaranteed cut list, with just a few exceptions. The following players have a decent chance to make the final roster and are the exceptions to the certainty of the chart. Rusty Smith, Scott Solomon, Patrick Bailey, Daimion Stafford, and Corey Lynch. All those other suckers are as good as gone, son. Ok, seriously, some of these cuts were heartbreaking, and the Titans have made it extremely difficult down to the very last man on this year's roster.

I already know what you're going to say. "But JJ, that's not right, that's not right JJ, I've counted six times and it's at fifty-four, not fifty-three you big dummy stupid face'd head!!!11" That's correct surly little Titans fan. Your eyes do not deceive you, there is still a final cut to be made. I give you, the dilemma.
A decision that should have been interesting, yet relatively easy has become clouded with a severely bruised shoulder. Marc Mariani and Darius Reynaud have a very similar skill set. D-Rey could be a little more explosive with Kickoffs, but it's close. Mariani is definitely better at Punt Returns and it's not as close (opinion). Mariani, however, is dealing with a new injury that has kept him from competing this PreSeason. Mariani has endured the doubters before, being a walk on in college without a scholarship at a very small school and being drafted as a 7th rounder. He has proven himself time and time again. He has displayed the kind of character, work ethic, passion, and fearlessness that has been highly coveted by Munchak and Webster. Reynaud is the more sensible option, but It's very hard to see this front office cutting Mariani due to a temporary injury.
I'm looking for the Titans to work some of it's magic to keep both players, but until then I'm going to go against the grain. My final roster CUT belongs to Darius Reynaud. I can see us keeping seven WRs with a rotating gameday inactive between Preston and D-Will over always activating four RBs.
Let me know what you think Titans fans. There is this cool feature called the comments section just below, feel free to use it. Unless you are surly, then do not use it. Just sit there and quietly work on your attitude instead.
