Game two of the Preseason is almost upon us. The Titans go on the road to face the Cincinnati Bengals. Mike Munchak has already said that he wants Jake Locker to have about the same amount of playing time as he did in the first Preseason game. Titans fans finally have reason to be excited following Chris Johnsons return to his 2009 form and the rejuvenation of the offensive line. The offense seems to be a bit more explosive with Dowell Loggains having a full offseason to install all his new concepts. The Bengals will be without rookie offensive lineman Tanner Hawkinson, who is out indefinitely with an ankle injury. Also missing is Andrew Hawkins, who also suffered an ankle injury. Hawkins has stated that he wants to avoid surgery on the ankle. There is no definite timetable for his return. A.J. Green is day to day with a bone bruise, and would be able to go if this was a real game. Head Coach Marvin Lewis has yet to say if Green will play on Saturday or not. That leaves Marvin Jones and Dane Sanzenbacher competing for snaps behind Green and Mohamed Sanu and Brandon Tate on the other side. The Titans retooled offensive line performed well against a stout Redskins defense last week, We'll see if it is going to carry over into the next game and the rest of the season. The Bengals ground game was split between Ben-Jarvis Green-Ellis and rookie Giovanni Bernard. This should be a good game with two hard hitting defenses and two young QB's who were selected in the same draft. 4 days until kickoff!
