Unlike the 2013 NFL Draft, there is going to be a lot of star power at the top of the 2014 draft. Mel Kiper has released his first big board for 2014 (In$ider), and it has Jadeveon Clowney at the top. That should come as no surprise, but he is far from a lock to be the first pick in next year's draft.
Crazy talk, right? Not at all when you look at who is #2 on Kiper's board- Teddy Bridgewater. He wasn't on a lot of radar's before last season started, but he showed in the 2012 college football season that he has the potential to be a dynamic quarterback in the NFL- and we all know how important those guys are.
Of course a lot of that will depend on who ends up with the first overall pick. If the Jaguars are making the pick, which is not out of the realm of possibilities, I will be very sad because I don't want to see Teddy twice a year for the next 10 years.
