The Jaguars have a lot of needs, and pass rusher is at the top of the list.
With the 2nd pick of the 2013 Music City Miracles Mock Draft, the Jacksonville Bedazzlers (represented by trevor2013) select:
Barkevious Mingo, DE/OLB, Louisiana State University

The Jags need to fix up their pass rush, so why not go with the best pass rusher, and best player in the draft? They brought in Gus Bradley as their new coach, and I am expecting that like in Seattle, the defensive looks will be quite diverse. Mingo is best when he has space, and Bradley would have an amazing new toy to move around and play with. He could be used early on possibly in a role similar to what we saw with Bruce Irvin last year. Jacksonville gets a key piece to build the defense around, and will fix up their pass rush, which has felt like a need for them for about the past 5 years.
