It's going to be 10 days before the next game. We have just lost two consecutive divisional games. Morale is low here. This team has done this to the fan base nearly every year over the past decade. So, to shift gears and get away from all the negativity, I propose we accept that the Titans are mediocre and enjoy the rest of the season.
Our starting QB is done. The coaching staff might be as well. Hell, even if the coaches and Locker remain, Gregg Williams might find employment elsewhere (plus other FAs on defense).
No one can claim that the community of MCM doesn't support this team - that is evident by the constant high expectations every off-season. But emotions have been running extremely high lately and I'm sure many aren't enjoying game-days.
Create topics that are more "off-season" in nature. Titans-related stories that aren't covered here. Going to a game and having fun there. The many charities the players are involved in (Delanie Walker's facebook page has been active with this). Superhorn's detailed X's and O's (now with gifs!) are superb (and refreshingly lacking of raw emotion). Whatever gets the conversation away from divisive topics ("you can blame the people I don't like, but don't blame my favorite player!!11!1).
Or not. 10 days of the same articles about the same people is sure not to get stale.
