Suspended Williams ok to look for jobs

Maybe this was what Munchak was waiting for ... since the Titans obviously have a very hard time hiring outside of anyone that hasn't already worked for the franchise. Since Munchak probably isn't capable of recruiting high-profile coaching candidates, this would give him the best chance of truly upgrading the DC spot with someone that has a very proven (albeit tainted) track record of success at the NFL level.

Although the idea of bringing in a media lightning rod isn't what I want most in the world, I can't make myself think he'd be a worse option than Jerry Gray.
