We all know Jake Locker was drafted in the 2011 NFL Draft with the idea that he would become a franchise quarterback. About a month ago Locker was named starting QB for the Tennessee Titans and a couple weeks after that he was voted captain. People don't realize how big this is. The first year Locker starts he's named captain. That's huge.

TitansOnline.com just uploaded a video to their site of the locker room after the win and it just made me smile seeing the Titans locker room after the win. It was encouraging to see Mike Munchak give a speech to the players and most importantly it was great to see Locker with his teammates. Locker is already a leader of this football team and it's just fantastic. I'm 100% sold on Locker and I think the locker room is too.
