Ryan Van Bibber is at it again. This time he ranked all of the quarterbacks in the league. He put the Titans in the 16th spot. While I would like to be outraged by that, it seems to be about right. Here is what he had to say:
I do not understand why the Titans are so reticent to start Jake Locker. Even in limited work last season he showed fans his big arm. Locker will duke it out with steady veteran Matt Hasselbeck in camp. Even if the second-year passer does not win the job for Week 1, he should be starting by season's end.Everyone keeps saying that Locker will definitely be starting by the end of the season, but Mike Munchak proved last season that he is not going to have a quick hook with Hasselbeck. I will not be surprised at all if Hasselbeck starts the whole season if he wins the job out of camp and doesn't get injured.
The only team that I have a problem being ranked above the Titans here is the Ravens. Joe Flacco is not good, and I really don't understand why people think he is.
