Terry McCormick just tweeted that Chris Berman and Trent Dilfer will be on the call of the Tennessee Titans preseason game at LP Field against the Arizona Cardinals. That game will take place on August 23rd.

My recommendation for anyone attempting to watch this game on TV would be to familiarize yourself with the mute button on your remote control before the game starts. You will probably use it multiple times during the broadcast.

Berman was one of my favorite announcers back in the mid 90's, but the fact that his act hasn't changed at all since then makes him one of the more unbearable people on TV today.

Trent Dilfer actually isn't that bad of an analyst, but being that he was the quarterback for the Ravens when they won the Super Bowl, I hate him and anything that he does.

This crew will make us long for the preseason team of Cory Curtis and Eddie George. That should tell you how bad it is.

ESPN also announced that Berman and Dilfer will call the nightcap of the Monday Night Football double header week 1.
