Your Titans Mt Rushmore

My wife and I made the trip up to Nashville today for the annual 104.5 the Zone SportsFest. While there is always a lot of fun activities to take part in, my favorite part of the event is always the speaker series, and this year was no exception. Keith Bulluck made the trip down from NYC to talk Titans with the fans alongside Blaine Bishop, PK and Mike Keith. While there were many excellent stories shared, the one thing that I took away from the session was the idea of "your Titans Mt Rushmore" and the various responses it elicited.

Mike Keith asked the question and had everyone on the panel respond to end the session. The only criteria for selection were that the player had to have played for the Titans/Oilers since the move to Nashville and you couldn't pick any coaches. Blaine, PK and Mike all agreed on their 4 players being Steve McNair, Eddie George, Frank Wycheck and Keith Bulluck. KB selected McNair, Eddie, Blaine Bishop and Kevin Carter based mostly on who impacted him most in his development within the organization.

Personally, I would have to agree with the consensus from the panel and go with McNair, Eddie, Wycheck and KB. Steven McNair is obviously the toughest SOB to ever wear the two toned blue. Eddie George was the first real superstar of the team in the eyes of the national media. Frank Wycheck was a beloved and solid all around tight end in addition to his part in the Music City Miracle. And last but not least, Keith Bulluck, in my opinion, is the most complete defensive player to ever play in Nashville to date.

So what say you fellow MCMers? Who would you put on your Titans Mt Rushmore and why?
