Afternoon folks, recently I was thinking to myself what's better Tennessee or Texas BBQ? After pondering that question I began to see everyone has their own way of making their BBQ taste great. Would you like to bring a different flavor for people on game day?

What do you make before the game? Each Thursday or Friday during the football season we would focus on one or two different recipes. Got a guacamole that creates havoc for the last bite? Or ribs that descends from the heavens on to your guest's plate? Why not share it? Now I believe that some recipes should stay in the family but if you have something you would like to put on the site please keep it in mind and ready for football season, a clever title wouldn't hurt either.

Example: Texas Guacamole
