Adam Caplan is reporting that the Tennessee Titans will bring Saints LB Jonathan Casillas in for a visit today. Casillas has been with New Orleans since 2009 when they signed him as an undrafted free agent. He started five games in 2011.

Casillas is a restricted free agent. That means the Saints would have seven days to match any offer the Titans make to him.

Linebacker is probably the last spot on the defense that the Titans need to upgrade, but there is no doubt they could still get better there. Casillas would be a guy they would bring in to compete for the weak LB spot with Will Witherspoon. Witherspoon has a base salary of $3.5 million this season according to Caplan. That is not a number that is unmanageable, but if they can get the same or more production for less, that is what would be known as a win, win.
