Marc Mariani won't make the 2012 roster. The bottom of the Titans depth chart at wide receiver will see changes this season. I believe there is an alleged plot by the Titans front office to draft a wide receiver with special teams experience.

Mariani is a fan favorite and all around nice guy but when a guy has only 5 receptions and 0 receiving touchdowns in two years, it makes it an easy decision for the Titans front office.

When Marc packs his bags and leaves town in a few months, he should hold his head high because he is a victim of the latest NFL kickoff rules and a previous head coach that makes football decisions based on personal ties, likes and dislikes.
