As bad as I wanted Peyton, and as much as I am heartbroken that he is a Donco and not a Titan, it probably was best this way. Yes he is a hall of fame QB and no doubt our team would have been better all around by having him as our QB, but it more than likely would have placed us in salary cap hell for the coming years. He has only 4 to 5 years at best in him, and that is if he does not suffer another injury. Im pissed he is not with us, but I do feel good about the future if we continue to build through the draft and free agency. We let 2 of our biggest needs slip through our hands by being so focused on Peyton, but now its time to focus on the future, and the future is now!
