Webster gives good news.

Regarding the quarterback situation, Webster says Locker will get a real chance in preseason and training camp to win the starting job, something the GM says last year's first-round pick has earned.

"Jake showed enough during the season to warrant a chance to win the job and he’ll have a good shot to do that. He’s a very talented player. He brings a lot of excitement to the game, and we are as excited as you are about bringing him out there. It’ll be a good competition. It won’t just be Matt’s job, and Matt knows that. The best man will win."

If Jake wins out in training camp, which i definitely think he will, then next season will be amazing. He seems to have a natural knack for getting the number of yards we need when we need it.

Im pretty sure he will win the job

The only area in which Matt had the upper hand was red zone offense. With an entire off season I think Jake is going to be very exciting to watch. I really think he will have similar numbers as Cam. They both have a great deep ball and quick legs.
