So the Super Bowl is tomorrow night. I really don't get that excited about the Super Bowl unless I have some type of rooting interest, and I don't really have one this year. I don't really care for either one of the teams that will be playing tomorrow night. The only thing that I really hope for tomorrow night is that we get to see a good game.
As soon as the Giants beat the 49ers two weeks ago, I was convinced that they would win the Super Bowl, but as the two weeks have passed, I have started to lean towards the Patriots. The Giants are playing better than anyone else in the league right now, but Bill Belichick and Tom Brady have been listening to everyone pick the Giants all week. It is a dangerous thing to count the two of them out in a game like this.
There is no doubt the Patriots are going to have to score a lot of points because their defense isn't going to be able to slow the Giants down, but that shouldn't be a problem. Everyone keeps talking about the Giants pass rush causing problems for the Patriots, but they only sacked Brady once when they played in the regular season. The Patriots can slow that rush down with their short passing game.
I am taking the Patriots to win 31-28. Leave your prediction in the comments and vote in the poll.
