The San Diego Super Chargers are now on the clock. The Chargers did their normal sleep through part of the season, instead of the normal begin of the season and getting hot at the end. This year they started hot and then took a nap in the middle of the season and it cost them the West. This will be Norv Turner's last year as head coach if they don't make it the AFC Title game or Super Bowl.

Mike Adams, OT, Ohio State

The Chargers need to protect Philip Rivers at all cost, but they’re currently not in a position to do so. They reportedly will waive left tackle Marcus McNeill to free up much-needed cap room. Jared Gaither, who stepped in and performed well for McNeill, is a free agent. Right tackle Jeromey Clary sucked as usual last year, but because he has pictures of A.J. Smith “enjoying” himself, he’ll likely keep his job again.

Nevertheless, San Diego really needs help at tackle, and Mike Adams happens to be the best player available.
