This team is 2 to 3 years away from competing against Houston and the big boys in our league. Chris Palmer, is at best, an average QB coach, and Jerry Gray should return to college coaching. I want Munchak to succeed, but I don't think he can attract the right coordinators - hence, I think we may end up replacing him as well.

Hopefully all this adversity will make the youngsters on our roster, better soldiers in years to come.

Loving what CJ has been doing lately, and loving the effort that Nate puts in. Verner and J-Mac are also bright spots on this team and future leaders. Other than them, its an average roster.
