So I was listening to 3HL on 104.5 the other day and Clay Travis (I know everyone hates him) said that he believes you can see a lot in a head coach in his second year and be able to determine if he is the answer for your franchise or not. I think you usually need to give them 3 years but I think there's some truth to Clay's statement also. So my question has several parts to it I guess. Do you think we've seen enough to know if Munchak is a good coach or not? If so, do you think he is the answer; why or why not? Or If not, how much is enough time to make that determination?

Just to be clear, I'm not trying to start a fire Munchak campaign or anything. It just seems that we don't talk about his success or failure on MCM a lot. It's either Jerry Gray or Chris Palmer hate. So I just wanted to see what the general MCM school of thought is here
