Sorry I have been gone for a while, been super busy. I am running a race to help raise money for The Wounded Warrior Project. To help raise even more money, I took to Twitter and some friends. Now I bring you a great selection of Titans items all autographed and ready for display.

To me, the best part is, you help raise money for an amazing cause. This group literally saved a good friend's life back in July. There were a record 38 suicides in the Army in July. If not for the Wounded Warrior Project, my friend would have been 39.

Following the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, the United States waged the "war on terror," a continued combat campaign that has lasted more than a decade. Thousands of Americans have been killed and almost 50,000 troops have been wounded in the wars waged in Iraq and Afghanistan. Nearly 20 percent of military service members who have returned from Iraq and Afghanistan — 300,000 in all — report symptoms of post traumatic stress disorder or major depression, yet only slightly more than half have sought treatment, according to a new RAND Corporation study.

In addition, researchers found about 19 percent of returning service members report that they experienced a possible traumatic brain injury while deployed, with 7 percent reporting both a probable brain injury and current PTSD or major depression.
