The Titans are a 3 or a 3 1/2 point underdog in this game. That means that Vegas views these teams as pretty much equal because the Bills get about 3 points playing at home.

Both teams really need this game to stay in the wild card hunt. The Titans can probably only lose two more games this season if they are going to have a shot at the playoffs. While Buffalo is going to be a challenge, there are better teams that the Titans have left on their schedule. This game is pretty close to a must win.
