As a Titans fan, you want a great man like Bruce Matthews to succeed, but I've been wondering about his effectiveness as a coach. I haven't read a single criticism in his direction, although we've clearly struggled under his leadership. Are we too sentimental as fans to admit he may be a serious part of the problem?

Should we give Juan Castillo a call this week??? He had some success before they switched him in Philly to D Coordinator.
