Titans Schedule From Here On Out

I am going to look at the remaining schedule and try to see how many wins are actually possible for this team.

Note: We could win on any given Sunday, that's just the unpredictability of the NFL. This also depends whether Locker or Hasslebeck is the QB, whether McCarthy and Britt are back as well as other health factors.

Week 5 @ Vikings: Vikings have been one of the best surprise stories this year in the NFL. They've played good defense and run their offense out of Adrian Peterson and letting Ponder make plays when he can, using playmakers Rudolph and Harvin.

Somehow I think we win this game. Its almost another must win, and I think the Titans will be prepared. Especially if Locker, Britt, and McCarthy all are back.

Record: 2-3

Week 6 vs. Steelers: For me, this all boils down to whether or not Polamalu plays or not, and even if he does, I think we win this game. Its a rivalry game, at home, on National TV. Munchak gets the boys fired up and we even our record.

Record: 3-3

Week 7 at Buffalo: Their Defense is a sieve, not that we have much room to talk. Ryan Fitzpatrick is a good not great QB, and hopefully we will be able to take advantage of his sometimes shaky decision making. Regardless, I think we come out on top.

Record: 4-3

Week 8 vs Indy: Colts' d also sucks. Andrew Luck has been good, but definitely had some rookie mistakes. The home crowd will let him have it, as does the Titans D and we win the first of the Indy series.

Record: 5-3

Week 9 vs Chicago: This game worries me. We don't blitz enough to get pressure on Cutler, and that defense is scary good. However, their offense looks easily stifled. Its really a draw, but since it's at home, I'll give the titans a slight edge.

Record: 6-3

Week 10 @ Miami: If we don't win this game we have real problems and we probably didn't win any game I have predicted so far.

Record: 7-3

Week 11 Bye

Record: 7-3

Week 12 @ Sparkling Kittens: Against Sunshine and the sparkling thunder cats. Nuff said.

Record: 8-3 as we continue our magical winning streak

Week 13 vs. Houston: Revenge for the Week 4 game. Locker comes out and shows them how the game would have been different if he was in the whole game. Harris has sucked badly enough that Matthews replaces him, but we still let Watt go against the Tackles instead of a guard. Houston is still a very good football team, but I think we win at home in a tight one.

Record: 9-3

Week 14 @ Indy: I don't think we sweep the season series against the Colts, as Luck shows that he is much more comfortable at home. Colts win a close one.

Record 9-4

Week 15 vs. Jets: What can I say, Jets D is not what it was without Revis. Locker and the passing offense have their way with the Jets D and Sanchez is Sanchez. Heck, Tebow might be playing at this point.

Record 10-4

Week 16 @ GB: Playing the Packers in Lambeau is always tough and that is a really good Defense. Coming out of this healthy would be a success. Titans lose a close one.

Record 10-5

Week 17 vs. Jax: Sparkling Kittens + Sunshine= Titans win

Record 11-5

Obviously this is a homeristic view of the remainder of the schedule, but if and only if everything goes right, 11-5 is not out of the question. With McCarthy back, the Defense should gell a little better, and Locker and Britt will be something special. I'm not counting this season over with Locker still at QB.

LWSS!!!!!
