With hiring of Brett Maxie, the Titans' coaching staff should be pretty set for 2012. At this point the only changes we're going to see would happen because Jeff Fisher and Gregg Williams come calling for Dave McGinnis, or one of the other position coaches.

Turnovers have had a profound effect on Tennessee's recent success. In 2008, the last season the Titans went to the playoffs, they had a negative turnover ratio just twice, winning one game and losing the other. Tennessee went 1-3 in 2011 games that had a negative turnover ratio. Since 2009, Tennessee is 1-13 when having a turnover ratio of minus-2 or worse in a game.
