I think Munch did an outstanding job last year.

And considering all the factors….new OC….new DC….new QB…pretty much new everything. And then sprinkle in a “star” RB who never really got off the ground. To end up 9-7…yeah, you’d have to say he did a great job. My only beef with him was that pathetic O-Line that he seemed to be in denial about, but I’m going to cut him some slack for that due to once we had our guys, there wasn’t a whole lot he could do about it at that point. BUT….if he doesn’t fix it for this coming year….then him & me are going have “issues”!!!!

I wouldn’t say so. Compared to the data we’ve been shown by Muth, they were not as terrible as we’ve made them out to be… regardless what side of the fence you sit on, he’s said he is looking to get younger on the O-line this offseason. I expect that to be FA upgrades and drafting rookies. Also, you have to understand these are his guys he’s coached up, he probably has a lot personally invested in them and wants to see them succeed. It’s his first year as HC, he’ll learn to start pulling people, despite personal relationship, if the job isn’t getting done with the more experience he gains.

This is what scares me

nderstand these are his guys he’s coached up, he probably has a lot personally invested in them and wants to see them succeed

But hey, if he said he’s gonna fix it, then I’m gonna take him at his word. If that doesn’t happen……well….let’s just say we hope it happens.

Lost to the Colts to miss out on a playoff spot

Let’s hold off on the praise until he proves himself. I’ll give him a break for playing almost the entire season with his only legitimate offensive weapon on IR. But he needs better results next year.
