MCM Play of the Week (Preseason, Week 4)

Sad news today. Justin Gage will no longer be featured on MCM Play of the Week, unless, of course, a team decides that they want him (eww) and our defense makes a play off of one of his dropped balls. Wipe your tears and cheer up by going and voting for your favorite play this week.

A. Karl Klug puts 2 points on the board.

I don't know what I'm more excited about: That a guy came out of nowhere to be a starting DT, or the fact that we have a new sound to make in the stands when they announce players' names.

B. Jason McCourty recovers Jordan Babineaux's forced fumble.

So, "Big Play Babs", eh? As long as he keeps making plays like this, I don't care what we call him.

C. Jordan Babineaux gets an interception off of Jason McCourty's tip.

You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours. These two seem to have that right side of the field locked down.

D. Jake Locker does his best VY impression.

It wasn't a very good impression, though. He forgot to get injured and throw his pads into the stands.

E. Tommie Campbell gets another gimme.

Campbell definitely is deserving of this good karma.

F. Jake Locker throws a strike to Lavelle Hawkins.

What happened to these accuracy issues?

G. Damian Williams returns a punt for a TD.

The Saints did a really good job of creating a lane for D-Will to run through.
